GEDFest – 2024

We are excited to share with you information on one of Canada’s largest fundraisers in memory of Gordon Edgar Downie.
GEDfest YEG takes place October 19th, 2024 at Midway Music Hall in Edmonton.
GEDfest YEG raises funds for the Ben Stelter Foundation along with the Alberta Cancer Foundation.
We have set this year’s fundraising goal at $50,000 – we aim to make a huge impact for all Albertans facing cancer!
Our mission is to honour the life and legacy of Gordon Edgar Downie and the music of the
Tragically Hip while giving back to the community through the power of live music and charity.
