The Enbridge Tour Alberta for Cancer supports brave Albertans and their families throughout their cancer experiences. Those with us and those we’ve lost, the event is for all of us. In August this year, inspired Albertans fundraised and cycled in support of family and friends affected by cancer. Here are four ways your donation to Tour Alberta made a difference:

Alberta’s Cancer Centres

Cancer doesn’t discriminate by geography. From the Lethbridge skyline to the canola fields in Barrhead — each year, we stand alongside every Albertan, and their families, who hear the words, “You have cancer.” Each patient, no matter the type of cancer they are facing, receives excellent care at the 17 Alberta Health Services cancer centres across the province thanks to cancer centre upgrading, equipment enhancements, specialized and advanced oncology training for health-care professionals and engagement initiatives for health-care teams.
