Cancer rates are on the rise in Alberta. Your support helps to empower the best and brightest in research and care to tackle the toughest challenges and push progress forward. Together, we can improve cancer treatments, care, and outcomes right across the province.

  • More than 1,000 Albertans participated in hundreds of cancer-focused research trials.
  • The state-of-the-art Arthur J.E. Child Comprehensive Cancer Centre celebrated its first anniversary in October, and is still one of the largest of its kind in Canada.
  • Albertans from 123 different communities received financial support from the Patient Financial Assistance Program.
  • 7,098 Albertans facing cancer received practical support through the Cancer Patient Navigation Program.
